Administration Services
Bookkeeping is the recording of financial transactions, and is part of the process of accounting in business. Transactions include purchases, sales, receipts and payments by an individual or organization. There are some common methods of bookkeeping such as the single-entry bookkeeping system and the double-entry bookkeeping system. But while these systems may be seen as “real” bookkeeping, any process that involves the recording of financial transactions is a bookkeeping process. Bookkeeping is usually performed by a bookkeeper. A bookkeeper is a person who records the day-to-day financial transactions of an organization. A bookkeeper is usually responsible for writing the “daybooks”. The daybooks consist of purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The bookkeeper is responsible for ensuring all transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger. An accountant can then create reports from the recorded financial transactions recorded by the bookkeeper. The bookkeeper brings the books to the trial balance stage. An accountant may prepare the income statement and balance sheet using the trial balance and ledgers prepared by the bookkeeper. Running your own business also involves taking care of the administration. The rules are forcing you to take care of the bookkeeping and accounting part of your business. Our experience is that the business owners are really good in selling their products but they haven’t done anything yet with arranging the administration of the business. Keeping all the payslips/invoices/purchase contracts et etc is very important to set up a good solid administration which at the end of the year will be the base for the annual tax return. The tax authorities can also visit you to check if your administration is in order and meets the requirements. We can take care of your administration in various packages:

  • Starting your own business
  • Bookkeeping: administration monthly or quarterly
  • Setting up the VAT returns
  • Year-end accounts (balance, profit and loss plus explanations)
  • Annual income tax return for the self-employed business owner
  • Corporate income tax return for the companies
  • Salary administration
  • All documents you will receive from the government and/or tax department.
